Reason For Pick:
Although the Piston now have some breathing room 2.5 games ahead of the Charlotte Bobcats for the 8th and final Eastern Conference playoff spot, they are still fighting to move up to the 7th spot. They currently trail the Bulls by only .5 for the 7th seed. The Knicks have lost 11 of their last 13 including losses to the lowly, Los Angeles Clippers and Sacaramento Kings. Look for Pistons to cover the 3.5 points tonight at MSG.
